Today was a perfect day for SOTA. Not 4 summits as Franz did lately, but 3 activations with total 22 points and 20 QSO`s are satisfying me too. As I have no time for SOTA from Monday to Friday I have to take advantage of sunny weekends…

Franz was up in the mountains on tuesday, 24.05.2011. He activated 4 summits!

Quite hard to reach this summit today because there is no official hiking trail… Once more best wx-contitions and so it was fun to activate this “little 4 Pt. summit”…

One day after OE2ATN Tom, Franz could activate both summits SB-178 and SB-147 too. Last chance so far up on SB-178 because this summit won`t be valid any more from tomorrow, 01.04.2011.

Today was my last chance to gain a few bonus-winter-points so I decided to activate two summits in the skiarea Saalbach-Hinterglemm Leogang. WX conds couldn`t be better but heavy fading made it quite hard…
